30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return:
Contact us at viavelacandles@gmail.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, please send the item back to us. Note that return labels are not provided, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it satisfactorily.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items and gift cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for these items.

Wholesale Orders and Events:
Please note that items purchased through wholesale orders or for events are considered final sale, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for these specific transactions.

Exchanges:
For a swift exchange process, return the unwanted item, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
